With a focus on the professional services, consumer, and technology sectors, Elaine has helped companies enhance their industry profiles and drive demand through the production and launch of executive and citizen surveys and interviews, data analysis and insights, white papers, and magazines.
During her tenure at KPMG as Global Marketing Director for the Consumer & Retail and Technology & Comms lines of business, Elaine frequently covered subjects including consumer and retail trends, consumer behavior, customer loyalty, supply chains, global outsourcing, sustainability reporting, digital transformation, online and omnichannel business models, and retail technology. Elaine also has experience in the software industry, including previous roles at Trapeze Software and OpenText.
